本會與瑞典貿易暨投資委員會台北辦事處(Business Sweden)謹訂於本(115)年5月21日(週四)上午9時30分假台北晶華酒店舉辦「第42屆臺瑞(典)經濟合作會議」，以「AI基礎建設」及「智慧醫療」為主題，促進臺瑞典雙方產業合作交流，歡迎踴躍報名參加，共拓雙邊合作商機。
一、本次會議以「AI基礎建設」與「智慧醫療」為題進行分組討論，聚焦議題分別如下：
二、因應AI急速發展，帶動興建資料中心以供龐大算力需求
在全球AI產業急速成長的浪潮下，高效能算力是AI發展的關鍵核心，這股需求驅動資料中心的興建與擴張，亦是資本投入的關鍵戰略領域，為上下游產業鏈帶來龐大商機；與此同時，AI卻也伴隨高耗能、高碳排、能源供應不穩等挑戰，研究估計每次向ChatGPT提問，耗電量可達Google搜尋的五倍之多。
臺灣具備全球領先的半導體與ICT供應鏈，瑞典為全球永續及綠能技術之領頭羊，此次會議匯集台瑞典雙方在能源、伺服器、液態冷卻、連網及資訊安全等企業，串聯AI資料中心產業鏈，盼發掘合作契機，攜手共築安全且高效的數位轉型根基。
三、智慧醫療導入AI應用再進化，全面提升醫療體系韌性
瑞典創新局（Vinnova）自2019年透過Information-driven Healthcare創新計畫，支持醫療機構採用人工智慧技術，以提供瑞典人民個人化及可擴展的醫療服務，並設置國家級AI應用中心AI Sweden，與瑞典產官學研多方共同協作。我衛生福利部亦於2024年成立「負責任AI執行中心」、「臨床AI取證驗證中心」、「AI影響性研究中心」之三大AI中心，以解決AI應用在醫療領域的挑戰，並推動智慧醫療產業的蓬勃發展。
綜上可見，醫療領域導入AI應用已是提升精準醫療以及臨床效率的主流趨勢，透過整合大數據分析、虛擬實境、機器學習及資通訊技術，實現智慧醫院、遠距照護及個人化的健康管理。本次邀請瑞典醫材、醫學模擬器及生物製藥等廠商，一同探討在新科技下臺瑞雙邊醫療產業的合作方向。
